Heavy metal band Suicide Silence has teamed with their label Nuclear Blast and live stream and concert discovery platform Bandsintown for a geo-gated virtual world tour that spans 39 cities, 14 countries and 5 continents.
The virtual tour, which begins on July 2nd, will feature unique live performances tailored to each market with ticket sales geofenced and available within that market.
Each show will include a multi-camera live performance, a fan chat integration and a post-performance Q&A.
Tickets for the first round of dates are on sale for $10 each.
“The time has come! We’ve teamed up with Nuclear Blast and Bandsintown for this tour and we’ll be streaming 39 shows throughout the month of July with tickets for the first batch no on sale,” says the band. “While each show will revolve around a specific city, we’ve decided to open up the tickets
statewide in the US and to entire countries when it comes to foreign markets. Be sure to get involved on social media by requesting specific songs in your market & requesting markets you’d like us to add in the future. These live streams will be full-on Suicide Silence fan experiences that will never been be re- streamed or shown ever again. Come join the party!”
