TikTok has launched #HappyAtHome: Live!, a new series on the app in five installments, Monday-Friday of this week at 8pm ET/5pm PT. The performances will be 30 minutes each, much longer than the platform's usual one minute limit for videos. Friday 3/27's theme will be "Sound Check," and will include live sets by Alicia Keys, Megan Thee Stallion, DJ Khaled, Jason Derulo, Troye Sivan, Meghan Trainor, Yungblud, Hailee Steinfeld, Lauv and Kelsea Ballerini. The series' other daily themes will be: “Motivation" Monday, “Kick Back" Tuesday, “Show & Tell" Wednesday, and “EduTok" Thursday. Celebrities and creators like Tyra Banks, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Loren Gray and Dr. Phil will also appear. Details here.
Miley Cyrus has ramped up her #BrightMinded series, livestreaming Monday-Friday at 2:30pm ET/11:30am PT on her Instagram, in which she will discuss "how to stay LIT with love in dark times." The show's schedule this week includes Billy Ray Cyrus, Noah Cyrus, Hilary Duff, Dua Lipa and Bebe Rexha.
Def Jam has launched Def Talks, a new Instagram Live show this week hosted by Jadakiss with guest Dave East. The two will discuss music, movies, fitness, food and life in quarantine, watch it here.
